I went to Capelli Salon for a haircut and really liked it. The haircut was done very well and professionally. I asked for layers and styling, and the stylist did a great job. They listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a good experience and would recommend this salon.

Incredible!! Arjola Pershqefa did balayage for me today and I was BEYOND thrilled w the results! I got an appointment so quick & was taken exactly on time. Her demeanor was so relaxing and she was efficient. I showed her a lot of pictures I liked and she helped me pick the best vision that would suit my skin tone. I LOVVE my hair!!

* SECOND REVIEW (five stars) They offered me a new free appointment to fix the haircut. They listened to my concerns and explained the options I had. I appreciate the time they took to adjust my haircut, while always making me feel at ease. They all were so nice I honestly would have liked to pay for their service. Nassim insisted that I didn't. I will definitely be back in the future: bad work days happen to everyone, but it's great when professionals offer to make up for mistakes. * FIRST REVIEW (two stars) My hair looked ok -though not fantastic- right after the styiling at the end of my appointment yesterday, but this morning i can see that the layering looks quite butchered and uneven. Quite sad having spent $85 for the cut plus $10 for consultation plus tips. Maybe 30 minutes are not enough for a haircut appointment, especially when there is no other client around. Maybe the cut and styling should have required a little more time and care. Salina is nice and all, but really I find the overall result quite ugly.

This was my first time visiting Capelli Salon — so they set me with Carmen Barinas to have my roots covered and an overall toner treatment. Carmen was excellent — very conscientious about what shade of red I wanted for my toner and making sure the dye on the baby-fine hairs near my face didn’t dye my skin. I appreciate that. And I was so happy when she said her goal was to make the toner treatment in my hair shine with fire in the sun. Yes! That’s exactly what I want to have happen! Although I didn’t get a haircut this visit, Carmen styled my hair —at my request— with beach waves and a 1960s flip to my long bangs. Very cool!! Overall Carmen was friendly and welcoming (pretty important the first time you visit a salon). I would definitely visit this salon and Carmen again.
